5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will receive a full refund.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the service cost.
• No-shows will be charged the full service fee.
